Support For Changing Needs

At Fellowship Square Historic Mesa, we understand that health care needs change.  In order to be responsive to that fact and to address the challenges of remaining independent, we offer a foundation of caring and supportive community living: three lifestyles known as Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Our Independent Living community features spacious apartments ranging from studios to one and two bedrooms.  All have private entrances opening up to the beautifully landscaped and grassy outdoors - not an internal hallway.

Assisted Living and Memory Care are within our Oasis Community.  Many of the residents there have transitioned from our Fellowship Square Historic Mesa Independent Living Community right next door.  They are aging in place - in a community with staff that their families know and trust.

Services within each of these community living lifestyles can be customized and enhanced with Supportive Services for individual needs and to maximize quality of life.
