John Halepis joined the Christian Care Fellowship Square family in February 2023 at the Phoenix campus and moved over to the Surprise campus in February 2024.
John was born and raised here in Arizona. However, as his father is 100% Greek, he lived in Greece for a few years when he was very young - he was even baptized there!
His father has owned many restaurants; John says it was a natural progression for him to start working with his father when he was just 12 years old. He was raised in the business.
John decided to try a career in health care about 15 years ago. He loves cooking from scratch, preparing his own menus, and getting to know seniors. And, unlike the restaurant business, working in senior living gives him valuable time to spend with his family.
He is passionate about his work and takes great pride in everything he prepares.
John says he has three strict rules that he always lives by, “Be honest, always. Be respectful to everyone, and always do what you say and say what you mean.”
