Our Simply Independent program is a great alternative for seniors who are looking for more flexibility and control over their budgets. Compared to our traditional Independent Living package, there are slightly fewer amenities and services included in the monthly rent, but residents always have the option to add extra services as they choose.
Simply put, Simply Independent allows you to customize your senior living experience by choosing only the amenities and services that matter most to you, giving you more control over your monthly budget.
